Tenants are required to provide Bradley Self Storage with any change of address or telephone number.

Speed limit on the property is 5 MPH

Only one lock may be used to secure a unit.

All pets must be kept in vehicles, at all times
|
DO NOT attach anything to buildings
|

Please observe your rental due date, we do not send monthly invoices, so please remember your due date – Monthly payments must be paid by 5:00PM on the due date to avoid fees.

Tenants are asked not to smoke on property/in units and or common areas/alleyways
